Get new skills and find a job with our range of employment services for over-50s in Southwark.
If you’re aged 50 or over, unemployed and live in Southwark you could be eligible to join our Southwark Works employment support programme. If you are eligible you’ll get a dedicated employment adviser, who will support you on your journey into work.

Who is it for?
We provide work-related information, advice and guidance for people who live in Southwark and:
- aged over 50;
- have been unemployed for at least 12 months and / or currently in work but want to progress; or
- have a long term health condition (self-determined).
