I am a Contract Manager on the Southwark Works programme, my professional journey spans several years within the dynamic employability sector. With a solid foundation as a Team Leader and Employment Advisor, I have evolved into a strategic leader managing a dedicated team of employment advisors.
Our collective mission revolves around empowering Southwark residents by facilitating their entry into sustainable employment and training opportunities. The ultimate goal is to equip our participants with the necessary skills and experiences to thrive in the current job market.
My experience and skills
One of my key strengths are establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions. This proven ability to foster and sustain collaborations has been instrumental in creating a robust network that enhances the efficacy of our contract and participants.
I have a profound passion for facilitating personal and professional growth, I able to employ a diverse range of person-centred tools and career coaching techniques. This approach is geared towards not only securing employment for individuals but also aiding them in becoming the best versions of themselves.
In addition, I have experience of producing tailored workshops to address the unique barriers that diverse individuals within the community may face.
My interests
When I am not working, I have a passion for exploring different cultures through travel. Moreover, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.
